A presentation of a new intellectual education system of Azerbaijan took place
An online conference was held with the participation of representatives of the Azerbaijan State Economic University (UNEC), the ANAS High Technology Park (HT Park) and the domestic company "Emsys", which received the status of a resident of the HT Park.
The event was dedicated to the presentation of the Emsys products - the Empro intelligent learning management system.
It was emphasized at the videoconference that in recent years, innovations have begun to be widely used in the education system of Azerbaijan, and the use of innovative technologies in the learning process as a real tool is expanding.
It was noted that one of the main strategic goals in the field of increasing the potential of higher education in Azerbaijan, as well as the quality of education, is the expansion of the “technology in education” (EduTech) segment in Azerbaijan and the provision of digital services in the field of education at the level of international standards.
The possibilities of the national product of Azerbaijan - the "Empro" systems cover such areas as electronic registration of the contingent of higher educational institutions (teachers, students, administrative workers, etc.), electronic learning planning, online organization of subject groups, online selection and mastering by students. subjects, electronic assessment of all student activities, online assessment of the teaching staff by students based on various criteria, preparation and organization of exams in electronic form. The system also reflects such internal communication tools as chats, forums, notifications, news and announcements, teachers presenting subject content to students in a remote form, sending and evaluating assignments in electronic form, organizing and monitoring distance learning with video images, generating various statistical and dynamic reports, etc.
It was emphasized that in 2021-2022. it is planned to present the Empro platform to universities operating in Central Asia.
At the online conference it was recommended that UNEC's professional specialists check the new intelligent training system in depth and by modules, as well as assess the compliance of the system with educational standards and its quality indicators.
Note that this event took place through the first videoconferencing software system developed by Emsys, which was successfully tested in HT Park.
